Patrice Pastor is archived here as builder and manager of the J.-B. Pastor group, and as a figure named in the legal arrangement of Mareterra: the Journal de Monaco (n° 8.275, April 2016) publishes that the SCA “Anse du Portier”, the company involved in the offshore extension project, must be controlled by Mr. Gérard Brianti and/or Mr. Patrice Pastor. This is not a biography: Memoria follows these acts with the concession treaty of 2015, Law No. 1.427 and the inauguration of the district in 2024.

Furthermore, he appears as delegate president of the S.A.M. J.-B. Pastor et Fils on town planning authorizations (Rocher, avenue Princesse Grace) and as manager or liquidator in numerous companies domiciled at 27, avenue Princesse Grace (“Le Formentor”).
