A guide readable by everyone
Memoria is committed to making its site accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the French general accessibility improvement framework (RGAA).
Compliance status
Partial compliance with RGAA 4.1.2 — WCAG 2.1 level AA, as required by the French framework for digital services.
The site is being audited systematically page by page. Technical foundations (semantic structure, keyboard navigation, contrast, text alternatives) are built in from the start; identified gaps are fixed as a priority.

Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 7 October 2026. It will be updated after each significant audit or major interface change.
Basic automated check after build: node scripts/audit-accessibilite.mjs dist (HTML structure, skip link, language, headings). A full RGAA audit includes manual keyboard and screen reader testing.
Report a problem or request an alternative
If you cannot access content or a feature, write to memoire@memoriamonaco.com describing the page and the difficulty (browser, assistive technology if relevant). Memoria will respond within a reasonable time and offer an accessible alternative when possible.
Recourse
If you feel you have not received a satisfactory response, you may contact the French Défenseur des droits (oversight of digital service accessibility) or, for matters under Monegasque law, the competent authority of the Principality.
