Testimonio II
Mixed-use scheme by Telis International SAM at 72 boulevard d'Italie — authorised by the Communal Council in 2016, amended in 2019, state-owned flats let from 2022.
Testimonio II is a mixed-use development by Telis International SAM, at 72 boulevard d’Italie, in the Larvotto sector. It must not be confused with the « Le Testimonio » tower on boulevard du Larvotto: Memoria links the two only by brand name; the acts cited here explicitly refer to the boulevard d’Italie address.
From authorisation to school
The oldest trace found is the Communal Council notice of September 2016, which puts the building permit on the agenda. Three years later, an amendment returns in extraordinary session — a sign the project was still evolving on paper.
From 2022, the Journal publishes calls for applications for state-owned flats in « Testimonio II », in the same series as Tour Odéon or Mareterra. In 2024, a ministerial decree authorises the International School of Monaco to open on the Testimonio site.
