The Tour Odéon dominates avenue de l’Annonciade, above Larvotto. Memoria does not yet have a permalink for an inauguration or building permit: the published timeline here relies on notices of delivery of state-owned housing published in the Journal de Monaco.

What the State documents

In 2014, the Direction de l’Habitat opens applications to rent flats in the « Opération Tour Odéon » — proof that the scheme is accepted on the state housing side. Notices were repeated several times in the Journal in July and September 2014.

In 2022, the Administration des Domaines offers an office on the 5th floor of tower « B1 », showing that the building mixes homes, domain surfaces and economic activity.

Why we archive it

Monaco documents its major buildings as much through architects’ releases as through Habitat notices: less spectacular dates, but legally binding. The Tour Odéon is an example — a major project whose « delivery » is read in the Journal before any estate brochure.

Each archive on this record is dated and tied to a public source. The facts are paraphrased. To suggest a correction, write to Memoria.
