Dotta Immobilier
Monaco luxury estate agency founded in 1894, legally carried by SAM Dotta Immobilier: sales, lettings, management and valuations in Monaco and on the French Riviera, from 5 bis avenue Princesse Alice.
Dotta Immobilier is one of the Principality’s longest-established real-estate brands in public records: the official website presents it as a family agency founded in 1894, led for more than forty years by Michel Dotta, delegate president. It offers sales, lettings, management, valuations, off-market properties and family-office-style advisory to an international clientele, with a dedicated French Riviera desk.
The agency has a stable address in the Carré d’Or: 5 bis avenue Princesse Alice, facing the Hôtel de Paris – One Monte-Carlo sector. The Chambre Immobilière Monégasque logo appears in the site footer.
Two dates not to confuse
The business claims foundation in 1894. The legal entity carrying the brand today is SAM Dotta Immobilier, authorised by the Minister of State on 13 December 2000 with €200,000 share capital at 5 bis avenue Princesse Alice. In 2002, the « Dotta Immobilier » and « Brémond Dotta Immobilier » businesses were contributed to that company — which explains older names still used in the press (« Brémond Dotta », « Dotta Real Estate »).
Memoria records these levels separately: a century-old commercial line, a modern legal structure.
What the Journal de Monaco establishes
Acts published between 2000 and 2008 frame the SAM: incorporation, business contributions, then share capital raised to €1,000,000 in 2008. Registered office and agency address do not move in these publications.
Vacant dwelling notices listing Dotta Immobilier as agent belong to the Housing Directorate’s administrative calendar: Memoria does not include them in the chronology — they do not document a fact specific to the agency’s history.
Other « Dotta » structures nearby
The Journal de Monaco also lists distinct entities — DOTTA & NARMINO (SAM, 2020), Narmino & Dotta Multi Family Office, advisory or intellectual-property companies at 20 avenue de Fontvieille. These are not Dotta Immobilier S.A.M.; this record does not merge them with the agency at 5 bis avenue Princesse Alice.
Why it is archived
In Monaco, luxury agencies merge, rebrand and disappear with little public trace. The 2002 business contributions and 2008 capital increase provide verifiable milestones; Michel Dotta’s end of term as head of the Chambre Immobilière Monégasque in 2021 places the agency in the institutional landscape of the market.
The facts are paraphrased; only the source is cited. A correction, a missing date? Write to Memoria.
