The Comité d’Entraide des Français de Monaco (C.E.F.M.) is one of the most identifiable associations of the resident French community — a major share of the Monegasque population. It is not a municipal neighbourhood committee: Monaco does not divide associative life into ward councils as in neighbouring France.

Memoria lists it under Neighbourhoods & Residents because its purpose is the fabric of residents of one nationality established in the Principality, and because the Journal de Monaco traces its bylaws life over several decades.
